At Super A-Mart you can expect high quality service and we strive to offer you convenient, efficient and hassle-free delivery. After placing your order online, you will be contacted by your local store to arrange a time for collection from store, or delivery to your address.

In-store Pickup & Collection

After placing your order online, you will be contacted by your local store to arrange a time for collection from store, or delivery to your address. Much of Super A-mart's furniture comes flat-packed, allowing it to be easily taken home in your car, ute or trailer.
However, other items, such as lounges or sofas, are not flat pack. If you are choosing to collect your items in store, please discuss the type and size of the items to ensure they will fit in your vehicle. Please note, not all products are available for pickup from store due them being shipped directly from our warehouse.

We offer a complimentary trailer hire service at our stores; all details are available in-store.


Home Delivery

After placing your order online, you will be contacted by your local store to arrange a time for collection from store, or delivery to your address.
If you have a larger item, or one that is shipped directly from our warehouse, or if you are simply unable to visit your local store for collection, we are happy to arrange delivery to your address. You will be contacted after you have placed your order online to arrange a time that is convenient for you.

Please be aware of the following

  • Your delivery will need to be signed for by somebody at the delivery address.  If you have paid for your order via credit card over the phone, the credit card holder will need to be at home.
  • If nobody is at the address and we are unable to deliver, we will need to contact you to arrange re-delivery. There may be a cost involved in this.
  • Please ensure that the access to your house is appropriate for the furniture being delivered. This includes, but not limited to, ensuring your doorways are wide enough to fit the product in, the item can fit upstairs or in a lift (if appropriate) and that there is nothing blocking the path of the delivery in hallways, stairwells or driveways. 
  • If you are delivering something that needs to be taken upstairs or to an apartment, please advise the store at time of organising delivery.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the item to be shipped. Rates start at around $70 (including GST) for local delivery, and increase depending on distance from the store. For remote, regional, or interstate locations, our sales team will be able to give you more information. You can contact them prior to purchasing using the contact details on our store location page, or after placing your order online; they can discuss delivery options with you then. At Super A-Mart we charge one fee for all items delivered.

When will my order be ready for collection or delivery?

Our friendly sales team will let you know the timeframe for collection or delivery of your furniture when you are organising pickup or delivery.

Although most stock on our website is able to be collected or delivered immediately, some items may take longer. This is usually as they are located at our external warehouse, we may be temporarily out of stock.  If the store is out of stock, we will call you as soon as goods arrive and organise the furniture to be shipped or collected from a nearby store.

If you have ordered from our specialty range of custom-made lounges (the item will be clearly identified as this), the manufacturing time is around 12 weeks. Delivery will occur as soon as your item has been manufactured and arrived.
Please note: We endeavour to ensure manufacturers delivery times are accurate, but they are subject to change from time to time.

How will my order be delivered?

We use independent contractors to get your order to you as quickly as possible and to deliver to any corner of the country. Please refer above for shipping costs and durations.

How can I track the status of my order?

If there is a waiting time on your order, our staff will keep you updated regularly with progress. However, please feel free to contact your local store at any time if you have any questions regarding your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time Super A-Mart does not ship outside of Australia.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us immediately and we will organise for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

In the case that we have missed an item from your order, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement for you as soon as possible, or when it becomes available.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Since we are delivering bulky items and require a signature upon delivery, we cannot deliver to PO boxes at present. Please ensure that you provide a physical street address (including business name if you are delivering to a business) when completing your shipping details.

What is your returns policy?

Super A-Mart aims to make your online purchasing experience as easy as possible. We know that occasionally an item is not right, or does not quite look as you imagined in the room. If this is the case please contact us.

Assembly

Some of our products require self-assembly. If you require assistance in assembling your furniture contact your local store for more details, costs, or to find out more about assembly services
