Returns, Refund & Exchanges
Super A-Mart aims to make your purchasing experience as easy as possible, however, we understand that some items are not always suitable and need to be returned. Items purchased at Super A-Mart online may be returned for exchange or a refund at any Super A-Mart store. Your receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of any refund or exchange. Please note, your confirmation email is not proof of purchase you will need your invoice or delivery note.
Your Rights & Responsibilities
At Super A-Mart, you are entitled to have your Super A-Mart furniture replaced, repaired or receive a refund where:
- the goods are faulty;
- the goods are wrongly described;
- the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
- the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
To help make this possible, we ask that if any of the above apply to your purchase, you contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. In addition, you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not of your making. Please note, the above guarantee does not include products damaged by wear and tear, the customer’s misuse or failure to use the goods in accordance with instructions, or failure to take reasonable care of the item.
Your rights and responsibilities under this policy are separate to those you may have under any consumer legislation.
Exchanges & Change of Mind Policy
Super A-Mart wants you to love your new furniture. If you find it doesn't fit when you get it home, just let us know and we can organise an exchange for something you like better. Note, you can return any item purchased as long as it is in original (undamaged) condition within 30 days. Whist we are happy to exchange, refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Refunds
In accordance with the Exchanges and Change of Mind Policy, items purchased at Super A-Mart online may be exchanged or refunded at your nearest Super A-Mart store. Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details. Please choose your custom made furniture carefully as our change of mind policy excludes custom made furniture orders. If you have ordered a custom made item, you will have paid a surcharge at the time of placing the order. This is a non-refundable payment given that the order is a custom item.
Please note: once a refund is processed by our store, it may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution.
Items Damaged Upon Delivery
If you received an item that has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise for your item to be fixed or replaced where necessary.
Sale Items Returns
Subject to our refunds policy above, we will exchange or refund sale items purchased from Super A-Mart online within 30 days. Please note that “As Is” purchases will not be exchanged or refunded unless due to latent or non-identifiable defect.
Package Deals
Subject to our refunds policy above, if there is an item in the package deal that you need to return or exchange we are able to do this without you returning the entire package. Your receipt or proof of purchase must be presented at the time of any refund or exchange.
