Super A-Mart guarantees that we will beat the price of any competitor on an identical product by 15% on the following terms and conditions:

1. The guarantee applies to IDENTICAL ADVERTISED PRODUCTS.  A copy of the competitor advertisement must be provided or in the case of a television or radio advertisement upon confirmation of the validity of the nominated advertisement by Super A-Mart.
2. The competitor advertisement must be current and valid at the time that the price comparison is sought.
3. This guarantee only applies to prices advertised by competitors, in Australia, in the following mediums:
   1. Print media
   2. Catalogues
   3. Television
   4. Radio
   To avoid doubt, it does not apply to:
   1. Prices offered only if purchased on the internet,
   2. Super A-Mart in-store mark downs or store specific pricing,
   3. Prices of goods used in conjunction with other Super A-Mart special offers or promotions eg: vouchers, already discounted specials,
   4. Competitor quotes
4. The guarantee does not apply to prices advertised:
   1. By a competitor that are a typographical error,
   2. In a closing down or liquidation sale.
5. The guarantee does not apply to sales sought as part of a volume purchase or in commercial quantities.
